Sr. Software Engineering Manager, Salesforce

The Sr. Software Engineering Manager, Salesforce will lead and inspire teams focused on all aspects of our Salesforce platform to drive innovation, quality, and customer excellence. This role provides a chance to lead our business and team in healthcare, using Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience leading teams and/or managing direct reports
• Minimum of 10 years as a Salesforce leader who has managed a team of Salesforce administrators and developers
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with MuleSoft or similar integration platform
• Strong expertise in at least two (2) of the following clouds: Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, and Data Cloud
• Strong background in the execution of DevOps methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery and accomplishments in Salesforce
• Knowledge of SaaS / PaaS / IaaS platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience managing vendor relationships, including product/service evaluation, contract negotiations, and ongoing relationship management
