Customer Success Manager (Remote - Germany)
Tealium is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Success Manager to drive successful adoption and expansion of Tealium’s solution with her/his/their accounts. The Customer Success Manager serves as the internal voice of the customer while working with other Tealium teams and partners to exceed customer expectations.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English
- 2+ years of recent experience in Professional Services/Consulting/Customer Success/Business Development
- Experience in Marketing, CDP/Tag Management/MarTech or a similar SaaS environment is preferred
- Experience working with enterprise customers is preferred
