About the Role:

What You Will Do:

• Primary support of reputed company’s Sales organization

• Structure, draft, and negotiate reputed company agreements

• Review and manage NDAs

What You Will Bring:

• 7+ years of experience in technology transactions with an in-house reputed company team

• Specific experience negotiating reputed company subscription agreements, license and support agreements, and reputed company services agreements with customers

• Experience working cross-functionally with internal organizations to resolve questions and concerns

• Excellent written/verbal communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to maintain strong working relationships with demanding requests, work independently with minimal supervision, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
