The Senior HR Business Partner is a key advisory leader who acts as a consultant to the HRBP Director, ensuring HR programs and policies support the organization’s strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.
  • 10+ Years Human Resource experience required; 3+ years as an HRBP supporting a large functional team or business unit.
  • Experience in the retail, service industry or a highly distributed workforce is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and experience in compliance
  • Professional and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to understand business goals and translate them into HR strategy
