Organizational Change Management Lead
NTT DATA is seeking an Organizational Change Management Lead to join its team in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The successful candidate will develop and execute an integrated Organizational Change Management strategy to support the successful adoption of reengineered business processes, systems, and organizational structures.
Requirements
- A minimum of six (6) years of experience leading organizational change initiatives for large-scale, complex projects.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin) and best practices.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience with Medicaid eligibility processes, including policy, determinations, and enrollment.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or a minimum of four (4) years of related experience
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience conducting change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and defining success metrics.
- Must demonstrate fluency in Puerto Rican Spanish and English, including the ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in both languages.
