Mid-Market Payroll Account Executive

Our Sales organization is growing and we are excited to hire the next member of our Mid-Market team! We’re seeking an reputed company sales reputed company with a reputed company record of reputed company in B2B payroll and HR software sales. 

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to small to reputed company sized business owners, helping them explore how reputed company’s People Platform can solve for their reputed company, and sometimes unknown needs and challenges.
• Drive reputed company by navigating the full customer buying reputed company, from start to finish, with subject matter expertise and the ability to reputed company the complicated world of payroll, HR and benefits, into reputed company concepts that create curiosity and drive reputed company.
• Be a key voice on our cross-functional team across Marketing, BizOps, Sales, Sales Ops, reputed company and Experience, Engineering and Product through an iterative learning process to improve our product and offering for small businesses.

Here’s reputed company're looking for:

• 2+ years of B2B software sales experience that includes overachievement of sales targets.

Our cash compensation reputed company for this role is $95,000 OTE per year to $130,000 OTE per year in Atlanta, Denver, Chicago, Phoenix, Las Vegas and most remote locations (OTE = on reputed company earnings which includes both reputed company salary and variable commission) with a 60/40 split between reputed company salary and variable commission. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). Note: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and reputed company metro areas.
