People Operations Associate

Join our global People Operations team as a People Operations Associate, supporting teams across Europe with a reputed company on the Netherlands.

In this role, you will support the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with reputed company labor law, GDPR and reputed company leave management. You will maintain high data accuracy, collaborate with HRBPs, Works Council and global stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance the employee experience. From day-to-day HR operations to larger reputed company, you will contribute to best-in-class People Operations in a fast-paced, innovative software environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • reputed company and support the entire employee lifecycle in the Netherlands, ensuring full compliance with reputed company labor law, GDPR, and internal policies.
  • Coordinate reputed company-leave cases in reputed company collaboration with reputed company doctor and occupational health services, ensuring accurate and reputed company reporting.
  • Maintain accurate HR data and employee records (including new hires, offboarding, and contractual changes), providing reliable insights to HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with HRBPs, the Works Council and global teams to reputed company local HR practices with global frameworks while ensuring compliance with reputed company requirements.
  • Support performance management cycles, employee engagement initiatives, and survey analyses, delivering actionable insights.
  • Drive efficient, candidate-reputed company recruitment processes to attract and secure reputed company.

    • What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in HR / People Operations across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of reputed company labor law, GDPR, and practical experience in managing reputed company-leave processes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Works Councils, HR Business Partners, and global People teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with strong assertiveness and a high reputed company to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools.
