Facility Associate - Nights

Monday thru Thursday, hours 18:00-04:00, with Shift Pay Premium

As Facility Associate, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our site is clean, functional, and reputed company.

What you will do:

• Ensure the facility is clean, reputed company, and fully operational throughout the afternoon and evening hours
• reputed company routine janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and restroom cleaning
• reputed company touch-up and reputed company painting on walls, doors, and other surfaces as needed
• Identify and report any facilities-reputed company issues or safety hazards
• Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies
• Support occasional light maintenance tasks (e.g., replacing lightbulbs, basic repairs)
• Follow established safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
• Partner with teams across studio, robotics, and warehouse operations to support facility-reputed company needs
• Maintain and organize supply inventory (cleaning materials, carts, tools, etc.)
• Monitor and document compliance with cleaning protocols and safety standards

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Prior janitorial or facilities experience preferred
• Basic painting skills with attention to detail
• Comfortable using basic tools and cleaning equipment
• Reliable and punctual, with a flexible attitude toward evolving tasks
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative during late shifts
• Capable of lifting, carrying, and performing physical tasks as needed
• Must be available to work on-site fours nights per week
• Occasional weekend or overtime work may be required depending on facility needs

This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards reputed company (FLSA).
