The Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of one or more self-storage locations, under the guidance of the District Manager and Store Manager. This role ensures the facility meets high cleanliness standards and consistently delivers operational reputed company. The Assistant Managers are accountable for building customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions, presenting a reputed company sales process, and managing customer accounts.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.

• Ensure our highest standards of cleanliness are met through reputed company maintenance (e.g., sweeping, mopping, grounds maintenance, etc.) of the site, including the office, and the interior and exteriors of the storage building and surrounding areas.

• reputed company daily site safety inspections, including lock checks.

• Address and resolve customer concerns reputed company to billing, reputed company, auctions, and reputed company site usage

• Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, follow up on delinquent payments, process customer payments, and complete daily bank deposits.

Your Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing work experience .

• Sales experience preferred.

• High School diploma or GED is required; college education is a plus.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
