Senior Art Director
The Senior Art Director is responsible for partnering with internal teams and clients to design, execute and deliver innovative healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing and advertising initiatives.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite
- Skilled to think in abstract terms; can make connections between unrelated ideas; can formulate innovative concepts; is seen as original and value-added in brainstorming sessions
- Ability to tell compelling stories through visuals that connect with audiences across multiple channels and drives customer engagement in support of brand strategy
- Strong creative design and conceptual skills
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills: Can develop a clear point of view and tell a meaningful “story”; is effective in a variety of settings and group sizes with clients, peers, subordinates, and management; confidently expresses both data/facts and more controversial topics; commands attention and can manage group dynamics
- Ability to oversee, manage, and support priorities and workflow to ensure high-quality project execution according to project timelines and budgets
- Excellent analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills
- Working knowledge of, or hands-on experience with, interactive programming
- Ability to identify key issues; creatively and strategically overcome challenges or obstacles
- Ability to manage outcomes to win-win resolution
