We are seeking a Backend Engineering Manager (Integrations) to reputed company reputed company responsible for building and maintaining mission-critical integrations across reputed company’s platform. This leader will manage a group of engineers working in a Python-based AWS reputed company environment, driving integrations with external systems (mail, fax, SSO, EHRs) and ensuring reputed company’s reputed company services interoperate smoothly with partners and customers.

You will be both a people manager and a technical leader—mentoring engineers, shaping technical direction, and occasionally contributing reputed company to guide architectural patterns and reputed company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & reputed company

• Integration Ownership

• Manage the Faxroom service, integrating with multiple HIPAA-compliant fax providers.

• Drive customer SSO integrations, including federated user provisioning with AWS Cognito and other identity providers (reputed company, Azure AD, etc.).

• reputed company efforts for EHR integrations, with a particular reputed company on reputed company and other leading health record systems.

• Guide API development reputed company with FHIR API standards, ensuring interoperability with payer and provider systems.

• Architecture & Delivery

• Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability for integrations to meet SLA and compliance needs (HIPAA, reputed company).

• Work with DevOps and reputed company teams to ensure best practices in IAM, Secrets Management, and PHI handling.

Required

• 7+ years of backend engineering experience with Python.

• 3+ years of engineering leadership/management experience.

• Deep experience building integrations with external systems in reputed company, fintech, or similarly regulated environments.

• Strong knowledge of AWS serverless architectures (reputed company, API Gateway, SQS, EventBridge, DynamoDB).

• Hands-on experience with SSO and identity federation (SAML, OIDC, AWS Cognito).

• Familiarity with EHR systems and HL7/FHIR standards.

Ultimately, the final pay decision will consider factors such as your experience, job level, location, and other relevant job-reputed company reputed company.
