The Demand Generation Manager will lead the identification, research, and qualification of new business opportunities to fuel the growth of Celestica's hardware platform solutions. They will leverage data-driven insights to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, contributing to market expansion and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, assessing their potential fit, budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT)
  • Develop and implement strategies for nurturing early-stage leads through targeted communication and information sharing
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation activities with content strategies and campaigns
  • Track, analyze, and report on key lead generation metrics (e.g., lead volume, conversion rates, cost per lead, lead quality) to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify target industries, companies, and key decision-makers aligned with Celestica's Portfolio Solutions offerings
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies within the networking, storage, and compute domains
  • Utilize various data sources, including online databases, industry reports, social media, and internal CRM, to uncover potential leads
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads and provide insights to support their sales efforts
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to refine target personas, messaging, and overall lead generation strategies
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to align lead generation activities with overall business goals
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve lead generation processes, tools, and methodologies
  • Research and recommend new technologies or platforms to enhance lead identification and qualification
