We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Sr. Manager of Strategic Partnerships to join our AmONE Financial Solutions team. This individual will play a key role in managing day-to-day relationships with key clients, ensuring account performance, and contributing to the growth of our vertical. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who thrives in a client-facing role and is confident managing multiple workstreams at once. Responsibilities
- Own the performance and day-to-day operations of a portfolio of clients
- Serve as the main point of contact for partner relationships, delivering excellent client service
- Work with internal teams (media, product, finance, creative) to execute campaigns and integrations
- Monitor performance data and use insights to optimize campaigns and acquisition strategies
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, tracking, and reconciliation
- Draft and manage reporting dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
- Support contract renewals and help coordinate terms and deliverables with legal and finance teams
- Coordinate creative, technical, or product-related updates with internal cross-functional partners
- Troubleshoot issues quickly, keeping partners informed of resolution paths
- Contribute ideas for new tests, features, or optimizations to improve partner performance
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in account management, client success, or business development, ideally within digital media or performance marketing
- Strong relationship-building skills with external clients and internal teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills—written and verbal
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on execution
- Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and communicating results to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in the financial services, insurance, or lending industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general reporting tools
