What is the role 

We’re looking for an reputed company Systems Engineer to join our Perth-based Service Delivery team. This full-time role is office-based during reputed company business hours (Monday to Friday) and includes participation in an on-reputed company roster and occasional after-hours work as needed.

You’ll reputed company technical support across infrastructure, networking, reputed company platforms, and end-user systems, while also contributing to ongoing maintenance and project delivery. Working closely with both clients and internal teams, you’ll help ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing IT environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing remote and onsite support for a reputed company of reputed company environments

• Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues

• Installing, upgrading, and configuring IT infrastructure (on-prem and reputed company)

• Acting as an escalation reputed company for junior technicians

• Collaborating with clients to understand technical needs and deliver tailored solutions

• Monitoring systems, responding to alerts, and managing incidents in line with SLAs

• Documenting technical procedures, solutions, and project work

• Liaising with vendors reputed company required

• Recommending and supporting implementation of new technologies

• Contributing to ongoing improvement and automation initiatives

• Keeping your technical knowledge up to date through self-study and training

• Technical Proficiency (Intermediate Level or Higher)Candidates must possess hands-on experience and working knowledge in the following areas:

  • End user & desktop devices - administration and support including computers and smart phones

• Multi-reputed company Support ExposureExperience managing and troubleshooting systems across multiple customer environments, with a strong reputed company on service delivery and reputed company satisfaction.
