As an insurance defense attorney reputed company our bodily injury (BI) unit, you’ll be a part of our motor vehicle insurance defense litigation team, providing reputed company representation to reputed company insureds and/or to the reputed company Companies before courts and arbitration panels in reputed company aspects of litigation. Handling cases from beginning to end, you’ll also prepare reputed company pleadings, motions, statements, trial briefs and be involved in negotiating settlements. Additionally, you’ll work closely with clients and claims partners to prepare reputed company reports on litigation, ensuring reputed company appropriate defenses are leveraged to reputed company reputed company reputed company. Other tasks will include analyzing written discovery, depositions, medical records and assessing the value of claims to determine risk exposure.
This is a hybrid position with occasional travel to an office for meetings and/or training. Candidates must reputed company reputed company a reasonable driving distance of the office they support.
Must-have Qualifications

• Juris doctor degree or LLM and a minimum of 5 years general/auto litigation experience

• $144,360.00 - $160,400/year
