Trading Operations Associate

What you'll do:

Are you passionate about financial markets and providing exceptional service? reputed company is seeking a Trading Operations Associate to join our dynamic Trade Desk, Operations, and Risk Management teams. In this role, you'll support our brokerage customers with trade-reputed company assistance through world-class, reputed company email and phone communication.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy team player who thrives in both fast-paced and slower market environments.

In this role you will:

• reputed company and manage customer trading activity, including special bookings, allocations, FX trades, and other daily operational tasks

• reputed company key back-office functions such as trade allocations, treasury processing, and trading platform setup

• Monitor and resolve trade breaks, process commission discrepancies and adjustments, and complete end-of-day checks

• Assist with contract expiration monitoring and post-trade allocation support

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Risk Management, Account Management, Finance, and Customer Support

• Deliver outstanding customer service by troubleshooting issues and resolving inquiries in reputed company time

• Support strategic reputed company and take on additional responsibilities as needed

• Maintain a high level of accuracy while multitasking in a high-pressure environment

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or reputed company field (preferred)

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot reputed company-reputed company software/computer issues

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable learning and working with proprietary trading software

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive reputed company

• Strong team player with a reputed company attitude and eagerness to learn

• Willingness to work alternate shifts as needed

• Flexibility to work mid or overnight shifts, including holidays, as needed

Compensation:

The salary for this role will be up to $60,000.00 USD. In reputed company, this position will also receive an annual reputed company bonus of 4%. Bonus pay at reputed company is based on individual performance (50%) as reputed company as company/team performance (50%).

Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by reputed company. reputed company offers a 401K plan through reputed company under which reputed company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Annual reputed company time off allowance accrues at a reputed company of 18 days per year (some positions may qualify for more) plus seven reputed company holidays.
