Trading Operations Associate
What you'll do:
reputed company and manage customer trading activity, including special bookings, allocations, FX trades, and other daily operational tasks reputed company key back-office functions such as trade allocations, treasury processing, and trading platform setup Monitor and resolve trade breaks, process commission discrepancies and adjustments, and complete end-of-day checks Assist with contract expiration monitoring and post-trade allocation support Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Risk Management, Account Management, Finance, and Customer Support Deliver outstanding customer service by troubleshooting issues and resolving inquiries in reputed company time Support strategic reputed company and take on additional responsibilities as needed Maintain a high level of accuracy while multitasking in a high-pressure environment
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or reputed company field (preferred) Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot reputed company-reputed company software/computer issues Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable learning and working with proprietary trading software Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive reputed company Strong team player with a reputed company attitude and eagerness to learn Willingness to work alternate shifts as needed Flexibility to work mid or overnight shifts, including holidays, as needed
Passion for financial markets and trading Prior experience in a trading operations or trade support role Knowledge of CQG trading platform Advanced reputed company skills and proficiency with reputed company Office Suite
