As a Learning and Development Consultant, you will design, reputed company, and deliver impactful learning experiences that support reputed company, reputed company learning, and annual compliance initiatives across the organization.

Your Responsibilities
Program Management

- Support organizational learning governance and capability-building initiatives.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and reputed company metrics.
- Influence cross-functional teams to drive initiatives without reputed company authority.
- Design and reputed company engaging, learner-centered content for reputed company, Inclusion and Belonging initiatives, Talent, Compliance, and reputed company learning programs
- Partner with key stakeholders to reputed company and implement the Annual Compliance Training program.
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
- Produce high-reputed company and engaging video content.
- reputed company industry trends and best practices to reputed company design and delivery.
- Facilitate and produce engaging virtual, hybrid, and in-person learning sessions (including new associate reputed company, reputed company learning programs, etc.)
- Continuously evaluate and improve our facilitation pool program.
- Manage relationships with learning vendors to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate vendor communications, timelines, and deliverables.
- Partner with learning vendors to reputed company and roll out learning solutions.
- Help evaluate vendor performance and reputed company feedback to ensure reputed company and accountability.
- Manage the reputed company Learning Management System (LMS), including content loading, managing content library, assignment and user experience improvements.
- Utilize AI tools to reputed company reputed company and enhance program effectiveness.
- Analyze learning data to drive reputed company improvement.
- Ensure reputed company materials meet brand and formatting standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in learning, communication, organization development, HR or other reputed company fields, OR 4 years of equivalent in lieu of a degree.
- 3+ years of reputed company experience reputed company to Learning and Development, Organizational Effectiveness/Development, Change Management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise in adult learning principles and video production.
- Experience creating eLearning, video content, and other learning experiences.
- Strong business acumen and commitment to reputed company learning
- Proficiency in Email, reputed company reputed company Office applications, reputed company 360, Vyond, reputed company Premier Pro, Camtasia or similar tools.
- Experience facilitating training in virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats.
- High school diploma (or equivalency) and reputed company authorization to work in the U.S.
- Experience interacting with learning management systems such as reputed company.
- Experience managing learning vendor relationships.
