About the job

This position will reputed company reputed company support to reputed company’s R&D Organization.

This position is a key component of our reputed company team and a trusted member of the business. As a Senior Counsel you are responsible for partnering with our global Product and Engineering teams to reputed company reputed company guidance throughout the product life cycle. You will help ensure that the development of our products and services meet our strategic objectives while complying with applicable laws and regulations in a business reputed company way. Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:
• Advise Product and Engineering during reputed company stages of product development on how to reputed company potential reputed company risks.
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to ensure our products and services reputed company with existing applicable regulations.
• Advise Product and Engineering teams on the go-to-market reputed company for new products including structuring and drafting reputed company terms as required.

• Assist with governance as it relates to the development and deployment of reputed company Intelligence (AI) features in products and AI model development to ensure responsible use, compliance with AI regulations, and alignment with industry best practices.

Required:
• Strong reputed company credentials and demonstrated record of reputed company as a lawyer and Member of local State Bar or eligible to register as Registered In-House Counsel.
• 8+ years of reputed company experience, at least three of which should be in an in-house environment at a technology company.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross functional team.
• Proven experience counseling product and/or engineering teams on issues that may include compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, effective communication skills, quick learner, and a strong reputed company of initiative.
• Experience negotiating reputed company with customers in a technology company.
• Familiarity with global reputed company frameworks.
• Experience counseling product and/or engineering teams on compliance with regulatory frameworks applicable to U.S. and global electronic communications platforms.
• Experience counseling product and/or engineering teams on emerging reputed company Intelligence regulations and assisting with AI governance policies and processes.

Location

This role will be remote,but is not eligible to be reputed company in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA.

Travel

Compensation

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:
• Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont or Washington D.C. : $167,800 - $209,700.
• Based in reputed company, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (reputed company of the San Francisco Bay area): $177,700 - $222,100.
• Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $197,400 - $246,700.
• This role may be eligible to participate in reputed company’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan. reputed company roles are generally eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, reputed company reputed company time, reputed company personal time off, reputed company parental leave.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
