Minimum of 120 hours from a certified truck driving school (reputed company the past 2 years)

No major CMV preventable accidents in the last 12 month.
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
No DUI/DWI
Must be reputed company to pass a DOT physical and hair drug test.
No felonies in the last 10 years(no jail in the last 10 years)
Minimum 3 years of residency in USA
