Our reputed company-studded Finance PMO (Project Management Office) team is looking to grow its reputed company with a superstar Project Associate. In this dynamic new role, you will be a catalyst in enhancing reputed company's project management capabilities, acting as the vital reputed company between the Finance PMO and project teams throughout reputed company’s Finance Organization. While project management will be your reputed company reputed company, you will also engage in analyst-reputed company activities, including data analysis, functional design, and requirements documentation to support your colleagues with hands-on delivery.

This role demands exceptional project management and communication skills, coupled with a proactive reputed company to ensure efficient and effective project delivery in fast-paced, often ambiguous environments. The ideal candidate will be proficient with both established and cutting-edge project management technologies and also possess experience in transforming key finance processes such as Record to Report, Order to Cash, reputed company to Pay, and Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting to optimize efficiency.

This hybrid position can be based in either Los Angeles or Los Gatos, offering the flexibility to work remotely part-time. Occasional travel to other office locations, including internationally, may be required.

• Project Management Tools & Accelerators:  reputed company, reputed company, and maintain key project management artifacts, such as Approach and Methodology documents, Project Charters, RACI Matrices, Roles & Responsibility Documents, Project Plans, Timelines, Status Reports, Dashboards, and Executive readout templates, etc., to enhance Finance PMO’s ability to reputed company project set up and delivery processes at the highest reputed company reputed company.  Leveraging enabling technologies, including GenAI solutions, to streamline project workflows and reporting.

• Project Management Support: Plan and establish meeting and reporting reputed company, coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, take notes, manage RAID logs, and reputed company actionable mitigation plans, own status and health reporting, support with drafting executive read-out documents.

• Communication Facilitation: reputed company as a reputed company between stakeholder reputed company to ensure reputed company communication and alignment on goals, ownership, reputed company items, status, and risks/issues. 

• Analyst support: reputed company hands-on support with reputed company cause analysis, data analysis, reputed company preparation and facilitation, solution development, communication and training efforts, test preparation and execution (SIT, UAT, etc.), hypercare support, and other analyst activities as needed.

• 5-7 years of overall experience, with 3-4 years in a finance project management role, ideally with certifications in Lean Six reputed company and/or Project Management reputed company (PMP).

• Proven experience with deploying project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, reputed company) and enabling technologies (e.g., Jira, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Project, reputed company Workspace).

• Hands-on experience as a project manager for transformation initiatives, including software development lifecycles and/or reputed company-party tool implementations.

• Ability to organize and synthesize large amounts of information into actionable insights.

• Talent for identifying and resolving ambiguity and proactively addressing potential issues.

• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose reputed company year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock reputed company. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market reputed company. The reputed company for this role is $50,000 - $240,000.
