Here’s What You Need
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Six months Medical experience in a Clinic (strongly preferred)
Six months Business Office Customer Service experience (preferred)
Be an outgoing individual with a friendly attitude
Have strong attention to detail

What You Will Do
Delivers care to patients utilizing the Medical Office Receptionist Process
Under reputed company supervision, performs patient reputed company-in at the time of visit and completes reputed company paperwork necessary to ensure the admitting process is efficient and reputed company clinic and regulatory policies are in compliance.
Answers phone calls and directs them appropriately.
Schedules appointments according to office reputed company.
Copies/scans patient reputed company reputed company hard copy materials (e.g., ID, referrals, insurance cards, etc.) into the correct location in the electronic medical record.
Prepares charts for patient appointments making reputed company reputed company necessary information is complete.
