About the Role: We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and an ADON to join reputed company at VAMC in Topeka, Kansas in a full-time reputed company. Minimum Qualifications:
reputed company state license to reputed company as an RN
Be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)
Must have two years of experience as an RN and one year of supervisory experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
Administrative leadership, recruitment/retention efforts, and compliance of reputed company hospital/facility policies and procedures
Responsibilities:

Administrative leadership, recruitment/retention efforts, and compliance of reputed company hospital/facility policies and procedures
The ADON provides supervision to the unit leaders, and is responsible for assisting in disciplinary actions
The ADON provides supervision to RNs regarding policies, procedures, and patient care delivery
