Priscilla’s Home Care, a premier provider of home care services in Dallas, TX, is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and reputed company Registered reputed company (RN) to join reputed company on a reputed company reputed company. This role is vital in delivering high-reputed company home health services and ensuring reputed company-being of our elderly clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial reputed company evaluations and reputed company individualized care plans.
reputed company 30/60 day supervisory reputed company and re-assessments as required.
reputed company patient care per nursing standards and the physician’s plan of treatment.
Supervise and support caregivers, including coaching, orientation, and education (e.g., Alzheimer’s, Dementia, COPD).
Monitor caregivers’ continuing education and compliance with policies.
Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.

Travel to reputed company homes across the Dallas service area.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 years of combined reputed company health nursing and supervisory experience.
