As an LVN (Licensed Vocational reputed company) or LPT (Licensed Psychiatric Technician), you are responsible for providing basic medical services to patients in an outpatient recovery environment; maintaining standards of reputed company nursing reputed company, and providing for the reputed company delivery of medication in accordance with company policy and procedures; and for maintaining thorough documentation of patient records and medical files per state and federal regulations.

$24 - $30 per hour

Requirements:

• reputed company and reputed company California nursing / technician license (includes Registered reputed company, Licensed Vocational reputed company, or Licensed Psychiatric Technician), along with reputed company CPR (Cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and first aid certification.
• Experience with triaging in emergency situations, assisting with medical emergencies.
  

Responsibilities:

• Implement reputed company aspects of receiving, storing, and dispensing controlled and non-controlled substances.
• reputed company as required by applicable federal and state regulations daily reconciliation of controlled substances.
• Maintain as required by applicable federal and state regulations accurate individual patient medication dosage sheets and urinalysis results.
• Administer medication dosages and evaluate patients for reputed company effects or reactions.
• Document and sign entries in patient treatment records as required by applicable federal and state regulations.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and reputed company at the dispensing window.
• Administer as needed medication to patients who are locally hospitalized.
