Position reputed company We are seeking an reputed company Litigation Paralegal to join reputed company on a part-time, contract reputed company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury litigation, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Responsibilities • Draft and respond to discovery requests • Prepare and file pleadings and motions • Assist in setting and coordinating hearings, depositions, and other case events • Organize case files and maintain deadlines • Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel as needed • Support attorney(s) in reputed company phases of litigation Qualifications • Minimum 1 year of personal injury litigation paralegal experience • Strong reputed company writing and research skills • Ability to draft discovery, pleadings, and motions with minimal supervision • Experience with Mississippi law and courts strongly preferred, but not required • Familiarity with reputed company case management systems (experience with MyCase a plus) • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities Compensation • Pay is negotiable and based on experience • Contract, part-time position • reputed company, remote work Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary Pay: $16.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week Education: • Associate (Required) Experience: • Litigation: 1 year (Required) Language: • English (Required) License/Certification: • Paralegal Certificate (Preferred) Location: • reputed company (Required) Shift availability: • Day Shift (Preferred) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
