Job Description:
CARNOVA LLC, a used car dealership in Dallas, is seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) assistant to handle customer calls remotely. Perfect for someone working from home who is available to answer calls when needed.
Responsibilities:
• Answer and return calls from Spanish-speaking customers
• Provide friendly and professional communication
• Collect customer information and pass leads to the dealership team
• Assist with scheduling appointments or sharing vehicle details
Requirements:
• Fluent in Spanish & English
• Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
• Reliable internet/phone connection
• Prior customer service experience a plus
Compensation:
• Commission-based / per-call pay (not hourly)
• Additional bonuses available for successful leads and sales
Schedule:
• Flexible, remote, part-time. Calls may come during business hours (Mon–Sat).
