About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our reputed company's busy HR team in London. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background and a passion for supporting people processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in the smooth delivery of HR services across the business, supporting the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with the recruitment process including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.
• Coordinate new starter processes: reputed company, right-to-work checks, and induction scheduling.
• Support monthly payroll processing by collating and checking data.
• Assist with the delivery of internal communications and HR initiatives.
• Maintain HR systems and ensure data reputed company.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar HR or administrative role
