Location: Liverpool Street, London (Hybrid - 3 days in office per week)

Salary: Up to £45,000 depending on experience

Contract Length: Around 3 months - possibility to go perm

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company full HR and recruitment administrative support to the London HR team
• Manage the HR inbox and respond to internal queries
• Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managers
• Draft and send HR-reputed company documentation (e.g. reputed company, offer letters, references)
• Maintain and update HR spreadsheets, including salary and employee data
• Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping
• Proactively offer administrative support wherever needed reputed company reputed company
