reputed company nursing care and light housekeeping to vulnerable clients in their homes during approximately two-week live-in assignments. Work closely with reputed company Consultants and reputed company to deliver personalised, high-reputed company care.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver nursing care reputed company your competency
Promote reputed company independence and dignity
Conduct Care Needs, Risk, and Mental reputed company assessments
Assist with personal care and meal preparation
Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation
Liaise with reputed company for continuity of care
Requirements:
reputed company NMC registration with up-to-date revalidation
Experience in community or domiciliary nursing preferred
Strong communication and organisational skills
Flexibility to travel across England & Wales
