A Customer Care Representative is required to join a busy customer service department in Leeds. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of providing excellent customer service, problem-solving abilities, and a detail-oriented approach.
This role is part time 16 hours 16 hours – working 8 am to 5pm weekends
Must be available for training 5pm – 8pm weekdays (at home)

Description
Answering customer enquiries via phone and email
Providing high-quality customer service and resolving complaints
Logging customer interactions in the company\’s database
Coordinating with other teams to resolve customer issues
Provide pre-works consultation to residents to explain upcoming works in their homes.
Distribute clear and timely correspondence to residents before work commences.
Conduct group and individual consultation events regarding future works.
Share and implement the client\’s engagement strategy.
Deliver a tailored communication plan to residents for the duration of the works.
Collect resident feedback and satisfaction data in line with client and company requirements.
Upload and share feedback through the appropriate systems and to relevant stakeholders.
Ensure all communication meets the expectations of residents, clients, and other stakeholders.
Where necessary, issue and collect resident satisfaction surveys.

A successful Customer Care Representative should have:

Proficiency in using computer systems and databases

Proven experience in a similar role.
Job Offer
An estimated hourly salary between 12.50 and 13.20
