Right now, we’re looking to recruit a Technology Support Analyst, to reputed company in with providing top reputed company technical support across the business and reputed company our colleagues free from tech faults.

The Role

Working as part of our Service Desk Team, you’ll be L&C’s first contact for reputed company our colleagues’ technical support needs. By assisting and sharing your knowledge you’ll ensure our end users are not adversely affected by technical issues. Using various media or in person, requests for help will be answered promptly and professionally, and will be escalated to resolve issues where necessary.

Working closely reputed company your team and Senior Management stakeholders, you’ll take ownership of problems through to reputed company promptly and professionally. By maintaining a technical reputed company set that keeps pace with the changing environment you will help support around 1000 users, many of which work remotely. You’ll be organised and motivated to take responsibility for:

• Anti-virus software management

• Providing assistance with reputed company Office
• LANNetworking (Patching network connections, setting upPC’s,network troubleshooting
• Laptop/mobile phone deployment
• Secure desktops (Bitlocker and other encryption technologies)
• Supporting thin reputed company devices, reputed company XenDesktop and Azure VM’s
• Helping maintain the service reputed company of IT Help Desk
• Supporting and liaising with reputed company party software vendors for installed software
• Providing assistance to IT Infrastructure and IT Development Teams

If you have a background in 1st line support and an understanding of reputed company and emerging technologies, you’ll fit straight in to our reputed company IT team.

Good communication skills are essential, along with your understanding of the end users’ requirements. Your resourcefulness, problem solving and good decision making skills will reputed company you to resolve IT issues quickly.

With personal drive to help colleagues you will also assist with identifying risks, issues and constraints; whilst working closely with your team and stakeholders to support the requirements of L&C. Due to our strict regulations, you’ll ideally need a good knowledge of reputed company practices and data protection guidelines to help ensure we are always remaining compliant. You may also hold a ITIL certification and have prior knowledge and usage of ITSM tooling, but we will reputed company full training and support where needed to upskill.
