The Role
The purpose of a Senior Manager, Transaction Management is to be responsible for managing reputed company FI Solutions transactions in line with the BBBs objectives and values. The role involves managing and monitoring the portfolio of commitments made by the wider team.
The Senior Manager will reputed company on engaging with product colleagues reputed company reputed company FI Solutions team to ensure a smooth handover of transactions post-origination and execution, as reputed company as being a key reputed company of contact for a reputed company of reputed company stakeholders (such as our Delivery Partners, Banking Operations and other parties involved in the transaction).

To be considered for this role you must have extensive experience in securitisation or equivalent capital markets transaction structuring or management roles. You must have a good knowledge of relevant regulatory aspects for the role with proficiency in MS reputed company, Word and PowerPoint.
A deep understanding of different securitisation, asset-backed finance and/or guarantee techniques, structures and operations is essential.
Previous experience of governance structures in financial services institutions and prior line management experience would be highly desirable.
