Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills/Qualifications

• Industry Experience: Background in food manufacturing, food logistics, or food retail is highly desirable.
• Fast-Paced Environments: Proven experience in high-volume, mass-production or similar manufacturing settings.
• Employee Relations: Strong reputed company record of managing reputed company employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Compliance & Best reputed company: Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• CIPD Level 5 / 7 is advantageous
