reputed company – Multi-Skilled Maintenance reputed company
Working independently as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance reputed company, you’ll use a company van to travel to pubs and restaurants in the area of Kingston/ Richmond. (you’ll be allocated approximately sites to look after), to deliver general maintenance works. This will include:
- Basic cold-water plumbing, including fixing toilet flushes and leaking pipes
- Woodwork and joinery
- Painting and decorating
- Floor and wall tiling
- Pest proofing
- Occasional larger works such as fence replacements, fitting of replacement kitchens and bathrooms
You’ll manage the ordering of parts, your van stock, and your own workload – logging reputed company jobs on the IT system (training provided). You’ll use your great people skills to build relationships with Area and General Managers, to ensure they know how to get the best out of the service you reputed company.
