What does the role involve?

I this 9 month fixed term contract, working as a member of our Customer Service Team you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service over the phone and by email to help resolve their queries. To ensure you're set up to be successful you'll receive industry-leading training to allow you to get to grips with our systems, processes and customer first reputed company.

Once you have completed your initial training onsite, you'll have the reputed company to work from our Newbury office a minimum of 2 days a week.

Some Of Your Key Duties Will Include

• Handling inbound calls from our customers and delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Supporting customers with their vehicle quote or order queries
