Role and Responsibilities
• Stock shelves with merchandise and maintain organized displays to create an inviting shopping experience.
• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products and making purchases.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and handle returns accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and organizing stock areas.
• Support inventory control by ensuring products are properly stocked, rotated, and recorded.
Required Skills and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move heavy boxes.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
