Job Description:
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Configure and implement SAP MDG modules to meet business requirements.
- Ensure accurate, consistent, and compliant master data management.
- Collaborate with business units to define and understand their data requirements.
- Monitor and maintain data quality and governance standards.
- Develop and provide training to end users on SAP MDG functionalities.
- Create and maintain documentation related to SAP MDG configurations and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to master data governance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Technical discussions with key stakeholders.
- Interaction with Technical SMEs
- Strong understanding of object-oriented
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, good
- communication, lead team, etc
- Provide SAP functional analysis, SAP Pricing
- support, SAP solution architecture in Pricing area.
- Provide day-to-day support for the SAP
- applications in the Pricing area by resolving
- change requests and malfunction/incident tickets.
- Discuss business requirements with the Business Process Owners and Key Users and provide satisfying SAP system solution with the aim to adhere to SAP standard solutions.
- Responsible for implementing procedures and standards to improve operational efficiency, monitor compliance, and mitigate risks to achieve team results.
- Configuration and documentation of new design.
- Develop proof of concept business processes.
- Support change and release management processes for SAP application.
- Support test processes and user training for SAP Pricing business process area.
- Status update to customer and TCS Management
- Offshore co-ordination
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
