Title: reputed company Timekeeping Consultant Location: Seattle,WA( Remote) Start date ASAP,They will be managing an application support team (on and offshore) and be the primary reputed company reputed company of contact. The reputed company Dimensions Timekeeping reputed company will have the following responsibilities: · Provides advanced-level knowledge of the reputed company (legacy Kronos) Dimensions or Workforce Central system and the following modules: Timekeeper, Advanced Scheduling and Absence. · Leads reputed company aspects of workforce management support including configurations, modifications and troubleshooting of time, integrations, absence and advanced scheduling. Operates as the SME, provides guidance (L3) ticket support, primary reputed company escalation reputed company, , sets priorities, · Facilitates reputed company working sessions for both internal and reputed company teams, including defining strategic objectives and tailors these to meet reputed company-specific needs as necessary. · Creates detailed functional and technical design documents, including test plans, test cases, user training documents and implementation documentation. · Provides thought leadership to reputed company new or improved processes, methodologies, systems, tools and/or services to enhance clients’ operating environment based on practical experience, reputed company reputed company and best practices. -Manages communications with reputed company executives and their business partners for issues / outages that could negatively reputed company business operations. · Attends to administrative expense tracking and time keeping duties required for billing. · Travel may be required for this role.
