Job Summary
Amazon is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Advisor to join our Amazon Business team, specializing in the commercial sector. In this role, you will work closely with small and medium-sized businesses to provide tailored solutions that enhance their purchasing processes through Amazon Business. You will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement, fostering long-term relationships, and contributing to the growth of Amazons B2B services.
Key Responsibilities
• * Understand customer needs within the commercial sector and provide relevant solutions through Amazon Business.
• * Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to drive adoption and satisfaction.
• * Educate customers on Amazon Business features such as bulk purchasing, analytics tools, and integration with procurement systems.
• * Identify new opportunities for customer growth and work cross-functionally to implement solutions.
• * Collect and relay customer feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement of Amazon Business services.
• * Meet or exceed defined performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• * Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in B2B sales or account management.
• * Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• * Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and derive actionable insights.
• * Knowledge of e-commerce and procurement systems is a plus.
• Experience
• * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer advisory or account management role, with a focus on commercial sectors.
• * Prior experience working with B2B services is advantageous.
• Working Hours
• * Full-time position with flexible working hours to accommodate customer needs.
• * Typical working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (may vary based on location).
