MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITES
Answer incoming phone calls reputed company the first 2 rings
Responsible for acting as a reputed company between customers and company
Assists with complaints, orders, errors, and other queries
Use telephones to communicate with customers and verify order information
Resolves customer issues by offering solutions, explanations, and reputed company
Inform customer of sales and promotions
