Virtual Client Services Specialist

CEDAM is hiring a Virtual Client Services Specialist to support individuals across Michigan in accessing housing and financial stability resources. This is a fully remote position that offers the flexibility to work from home while making a direct impact in communities across the state. About Us The Community Economic Development Association of Michigan (CEDAM) is a nonprofit membership organization that works to build vibrant, sustainable, and equitable communities. We partner with local organizations and service providers to address issues like housing instability, financial insecurity, and access to opportunity. What You'll Do As a Virtual Client Services Specialist, you'll serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking help.
