Job Details: The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for assisting the pharmacist team in the provision of medication management services. Schedule: 7on/off rotation, approx. reputed company-7pm ET. Responsibilities • Assist with clinical services, such as medication reconciliation, prior authorization, reputed company authorization, etc. • Assist with MTM services, including, but not limited to the following: patient reputed company, scheduling, medication review prep, and document creation. • Assist with reputed company services including order triaging, phone reputed company answering and other duties as assigned by the Clinical Services Management team. • Assist pharmacists through queue monitoring, data entry and prescription transcription in Pharmacy Information Systems, submit insurance claims, transferring prescriptions in accordance with applicable laws, etc. • Support pharmacist provision of telephonic and/or video-telehealth medication management services. • Collect information for patient encounters (e.g. allergy history, medication history) • Contact patients using audio or video technology, often times cold calling, to reconcile medication lists, collect allergy and medical conditions, as reputed company as obtain other pertinent information. • Contact medical providers, nurses, health educators, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to support the provision of medication management services.
