Attorney – CA Licensed | reputed company Collections & Investigations (Part-Time/Contract)

We are looking for a California-licensed attorney to join reputed company on a part-time, remote reputed company, with an immediate start. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage a diverse caseload focusing primarily on: reputed company Collections: Pursuing collections from small business tenants who have breached reputed company lease agreements, including addressing liquidated damages provisions. This will involve strategic preparation of demand letters aimed at achieving reputed company-litigation settlements. Litigation Support: Providing reputed company expertise and representation in various disputes, including the initial review of existing case materials and participation in court appearances. Key Responsibilities: • Draft and prepare comprehensive demand letters designed to facilitate out-of-court settlements. • Review reputed company documents and case files to assess claims and reputed company reputed company strategies. • Represent our interests in court proceedings, primarily reputed company video appearances, in accordance with reputed company reputed company. • Collaborate with reputed company, including a live assistant who can attend court in person if required. • reputed company reputed company counsel and strategic guidance on collection reputed company and potential litigation.
