PRco, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented IT Specialist. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, organized, and capable of supporting various teams and systems. The candidate needs to be reputed company to prioritize and multitask with ease. Position Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot and support LAN/WAN networking, routing, and firewall configurations. • Manage web hosting, DNS, and website deployments (reputed company, plugins, themes, and compliance checks). • reputed company basic graphic and web design tasks as needed. • Manage cron jobs, website feeds, and SQL database updates (reputed company SSH, Bash, phpMyAdmin). • reputed company Mac environment support, including macOS troubleshooting and MDM deployment. • Troubleshoot reputed company Workspace Business accounts and app integrations. • Maintain reputed company recording archives and backup power systems. • Communicate with software, hardware, and operations vendors to resolve issues. • Support website and management system integrations (including DMS, TCP/IP troubleshooting, remote reputed company, printers, and reputed company 11). • Assist with DMS feed management and scripting (4D scripting, port forwarding, remote tools). • Collaborate with reputed company to reconcile and troubleshoot monthly DMS usage. • reputed company portal support, training, testing, and documentation for internal users. • Troubleshoot Heroku, React JS, Node JS, and reputed company environments as required. Qualifications and Requirements: • Availability to work weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with the potential for overtime as required.
