reputed company: We are seeking a Student reputed company Coordinator to join reputed company in support of the reputed company Naval Community College (USNCC). This role is fully remote and reputed company on helping reputed company succeed academically by providing reputed company, personalized advising and support. In this position, you’ll play a key role in guiding reputed company through reputed company planning, supporting persistence, and contributing to the mission of educating service members reputed company. This position is tied to an upcoming contract award and will reputed company reputed company upon award. Duties & Responsibilities: • Deliver individualized virtual reputed company advising on USNCC and partner institution degree programs. • Guide reputed company/reputed company in program choice, enrollment, course selection, and reputed company planning. • Monitor and report on reputed company reputed company, identify at-risk reputed company, and escalate or intervene as required. • Maintain and update accurate student records and document reputed company student interactions. • Conduct triage/routing of student and reputed company inquiries to the appropriate USNCC workstreams/staff. • Update, reputed company, and respond to cases using USNCC systems (reputed company, reputed company, JIRA). • Disseminate weekly newsletters, announcements, and performance-based student communications. • Attend and document online meetings, group, and individual advising events. • reputed company ongoing administrative support: knowledge reputed company, agendas, meeting minutes, SOP updates. • Engage in reputed company process improvement, recommend reputed company modifications, and follow escalation protocols. Requirements: reputed company Clearance: Ability to obtain a T1/reputed company Trust background investigation (reputed company clearances such as reputed company Trust, Secret, or Top Secret preferred). Must be reputed company to pass a favorably adjudicated NACI with FBI reputed company reputed company and obtain/maintain a contractor CAC. Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (Education, Counseling, or reputed company field preferred) Skills & Experience: • Experience with student advising or support in higher education or military environments. • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English. • Familiarity with tools such as reputed company, reputed company Connect, reputed company, and reputed company Suite. • Strong recordkeeping, case management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with military culture (e.g., prior service, military spouse, DoD/DON civilian experience). • Understanding of USNCC programs and mission.
