About the position
Responsibilities
• Introduce Apple solutions, technology, and services to business customers.
• Engage with first-time and current business customers on the sales floor to understand their needs.
• Generate new leads and build relationships through phone interactions and in-store workshops.
• Prepare and present proposals in collaboration with the Business Team.
• Craft ideal solutions for customers with complex needs by working with the entire Business Team.
• Inform customers about the complete suite of sales support options.
Requirements
• At least one year of experience selling in the business market.
• Strong people and presentation skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort using the phone to interact with customers and position business solutions.
• Ability to facilitate business experiences through in-store briefings, workshops, and events.
• Flexibility with work hours based on business needs.
