Overview
Telurvision Solutions partners with clients who require accurate, timely, and well-structured digital communication. We are seeking Live Chat & Digital Correspondence Specialists to manage real-time customer interactions through chat, email, and secure messaging platforms. This role focuses on delivering consistent, client-approved responses while maintaining engagement across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to live chat inquiries in accordance with client-provided guidelines
• Manage email correspondence with accurate, prompt, and well-formatted responses
• Monitor multiple messaging channels while maintaining clear documentation of all interactions
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues following client escalation paths
• Maintain a professional, courteous tone across all communications
Requirements
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong written communication skills with attention to grammar, clarity, and structure
• Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously without losing accuracy
• Familiarity with chat platforms, ticketing systems, and CRM tools
• Strong reading comprehension for interpreting client policies and technical information
• Stable, reliable work environment with secure internet connection
Preferred Experience
• Prior experience in live chat or email-based customer support roles
• Background in handling e-commerce, subscription services, or technical product queries
Equipment Requirements
To perform this role effectively, you must have:
• A reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer, or macOS equivalent) capable of running multiple applications simultaneously
• A stable, high-speed internet connection with consistent upload and download speeds for voice, video, and system access
• A USB or wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone
• A quiet, dedicated work environment free from background noise during scheduled hours
• A second monitor or dual-screen setup (recommended for certain assignments)
