Daily Tasks:
Respond to customer messages promptly and professionally
Help resolve billing and account inquiries
Provide information about products and services
Follow company protocols and response guidelines
Track customer issues in our database
Work Hours Available (Eastern Standard Time):
First Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Second Shift: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Third Shift: 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM
Basic Requirements:

✓ Comfortable typing and navigating multiple screens
