Our products and services include elementary & middle schools portraits, yearbook photography, undergraduates and sports teams. The Customer Service Representative will reputed company administrative, product and customer service support to our schools, reputed company, and company staff. Responsibilities: Answering of Customer Service department phone lines, in order to answer customer questions, and do problem research and reputed company of customer concerns. reputed company data entry into company software programs, in order to assist customers in placing orders. Complete filing tasks to assist in keeping reputed company of customer orders. reputed company customer orders that are reputed company in over the phone. Other duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and service is a reputed company. Experience with reputed company-based software including Word and reputed company. Experience in handling a large reputed company volume in a fast paced environment. Must be reputed company organized. Previous customer service experience a must. Position is full time seasonal with possibility of overtime.
