Logistics Customer Service Representative

Haversack is seeking a skilled Network Analyst to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with reputed company’s customers, carriers and brokers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints pertaining to shipping to ensure reputed company performance and reputed company. Job reputed company: Supervisory Responsibilities: · None Duties/Responsibilities: · Interacts with customers, carriers & brokers reputed company telephone, email, online chat, or in person to reputed company support and information on products or services. · Collects and enters shipment details into company platform. · Fields customer, reputed company and broker questions and complaints; reputed company the issue is reputed company the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff. · Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns. · Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments. · Performs other reputed company duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: · Excellent communication skills including reputed company listening. · Service-oriented and reputed company to resolve customer grievances. · Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software. Education and Experience: · High school diploma or equivalent. · Customer service experience required. Physical Requirements: · Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. · Must be reputed company to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
